This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work for TrueVital products purchased from Beautoimuscle.ddd. It complements your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union and does not override mandatory protections.

Consumer rights overview

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a right of withdrawal within fourteen days for distance contracts, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the law permits.

Food supplements are often supplied in sealed containers. Opening the seal may affect your right to withdraw unless the product is defective or not as described. This policy explains how we apply those rules in practice.

Eligibility for refunds

We will refund or replace products where:

  • You validly withdraw within the withdrawal period and the product is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition with seals intact, or
  • The product is defective, damaged in transit, or materially not as described on the date of delivery.

We may ask for proof of purchase and photographs of damaged packaging to process your claim faster.

Withdrawal process

To exercise a statutory withdrawal right where applicable, notify us clearly of your decision before the deadline. You may use email or a written statement. Include your name, address, order reference, and the products you wish to return.

Return the goods without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days of notifying us, unless we offer a longer period at our discretion.

Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within seven days of delivery with clear images. We will arrange a prepaid return label where appropriate, or refund without requiring return if the cost would be disproportionate.

Do not consume a product if the seal appears broken or tampered with before you accept delivery; photograph the issue and contact us immediately.

How to submit a refund request

Email talk@beautoimuscle.world with the subject line “Refund request” and include your order number, full name, email used for purchase, and a short description of the reason. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions if applicable.

For statutory withdrawal, your notice is effective when sent before the deadline, even if we reply later.

Refund timelines

After we approve a refund and receive returned goods where required, we will issue the refund using the original payment method within fourteen business days unless a longer period is justified by payment network rules. Your bank may take additional days to post the credit.

Non-refundable situations

We may refuse a refund where:

  • The seal has been broken on a product that is exempt from withdrawal for health or hygiene reasons and you have no separate statutory claim for defective goods.
  • The product has been used or partially consumed without a valid defect claim.
  • Custom or personalised items have entered production after your approval.
  • Return fraud or abuse is suspected.

Return shipping costs

Unless you return goods because they are defective or not as described, you may be responsible for direct return shipping costs as permitted by law. Where we supply a prepaid label, we may deduct a reasonable fee from your refund if you are not entitled to free returns under statutory rules.
